Conditional Surveys Welbro have experienced roofing surveyors who can undertake a conditional survey and prepare a full report with photographic evidence, ideal if you are preparing capital budgets or interested in purchasing/ renting an industrial building. This has lead to Welbro offering a range of running lines and safety systems that afford safe access to roof areas for routine maintenance. These are anchor points where safety harnesses can be secured to stop operatives falling off a roof. New systems are provided with harnesses and safety training can be provided for clients wishing to use the systems themselves. Although the initial outlay for these safety systems can seem expensive, it definitely works out cheaper in the long run. As regular maintenance to a building is necessary running lines are one of the most cost effective ways of getting operatives up on the roof safely, it certainly works out cheaper than having scaffolding erected each time the building needs maintenance. Windows Windows need very little introduction, but Welbro can design, supply and fit new windows with metal, aluminium or Upvc frames in brickwork or metal cladding systems. We have extensive experience in fitting windows, especially in metal cladding systems and we can also replace damaged glazing units and redecorate frames where required. |
