Welbro Project Management Limited is an independent, privately owned company who formed in January 2000 as a site management and design provider for the industrial roofing and cladding industry. Since then we have steadily grown to become a specialist contractor in our own right, focusing on industrial and commercial building refurbishment projects both large and small.

Being an independent company, with no affiliations to any specific products or manufacturers, we are in the best position to offer completely impartial specifications from the full range of solutions available. This means that if you have a failing flat roof, for example, Welbro have the expertise and ability to consider and recommend a solution to match your budget and design criterion. This could be a simple localised repair to prolong the life of the roof until funding for a more comprehensive specification is available; or a fully designed conversion to a pitched roof clad with a standing seam aluminium sheeting system with a design life of 60 years.

Welbro will consider all options when providing and recommending a specification. Part of our Environmental Management System, formerly accredited to ISO 14001, means that we will also make our clients aware of any "Green Technologies" that could be included in the refurbishment design.
